Generate API key

If not done yet: go to Dashboardto generate a new API key.

💡 Save your API key securely. You’ll need it in your automation tool.

Select your email provider

Set up automation in your email system:

ℹ️ Your rules (FAQ links, categories, auto-replies) apply to all platforms equally — they are synchronized via your API key.

📧 Important: Label Names

The Google Apps Script looks for emails labeled kiwacht-ticket. Ensure incoming messages receive this label — manually or via filters.
