By using KIWacht, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

KIWacht is a lightweight, user-controlled tool that helps you **classify and route support requests** from any system that supports automation (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Zoho, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or custom webhooks).

You can use KIWacht with **keyword-based rules alone** (no AI) or enhance it with **optional AI classification**. All logic runs **in your own environment** (e.g., Google Apps Script, Power Automate). KIWacht itself **never accesses your messages directly**.

3. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Configuring your automation (e.g., Apps Script, Zapier) correctly
• Ensuring your system sends only the data you intend to classify
• Reviewing AI suggestions before acting on them

4. Limitation of Liability

KIWacht is provided “as is.” We are not liable for:

• Incorrect classification results (AI or rule-based)
• Actions taken based on KIWacht’s output
• Failures in your automation setup (e.g., script errors, trigger misconfiguration)

Use is at your own risk.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use implies acceptance.
